Refund Policy
Overview
Due to the personalized nature of the medications, supplements, devices, and other goods that you order,
we cannot accept returns. Except as expressly set forth below, we do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Refund Policy for Medical Visits
Once a medical visit is completed, refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation for Medical Visits Policy
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged.
Medical Visit Package Plan Charges
For package plans (3 months or 6 months), credit cards will be charged on the same day you sign up for a package plan with Kya Wellness.

Refund Policy for Medical Visit Packages
If I choose to end my package early, I will be refunded the amount paid, minus the full price of the number of visits I have already received plus a $25 service fee. For example, if I purchased a 3-month package at $247 and the full price per visit is $87, and I had 2 visits, I would be charged $87 x 2 = $174 plus a $25 service fee. Which would result in a $149 refund based on this example.
Refunds
All products or medications that you order are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please
contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:

Tracking Number

Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)
We will assess these issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you feel you have not received your refund, please check with the credit card company or bank first, as there may be a delay in posting back to your account based on the terms of your credit card company/bank refund policy.
